The most common type of Glow signboard is a flex printed light box, which comes with single-sided visibility and double-sided visibility options and is mounted as a so-called projecting sign protruding from the facade. They have traditionally been illuminated with fluorescent lights, but nowadays we equip most of our glow signboards or light boxes with LED lighting fixtures. LED  is significantly more energy efficient and has a longer service life than fluorescent lamps and the box can be made a lot thinner.
